On the site of a previous Mennonite Camp, this Historic Cottage has been totally renovated with must see custom luxury details.

The cottage is filled with wonderful large windows that envelope you in mountain views and the Colorado Sunny Weather we enjoy year round. The bath is bathed in sunlight from two directions with views to match.

This Turn of the Century Cottage offers a 2-story house featuring all new interior renovation with custom maple kitchen cabinets, dishwasher, self-cleaning stove & custom pot rack, plus washer and dryer. A Large luxury bath with massive jetted tub for two. Cherry hardwood floors in the living room and kitchen/dining areas and carpeted stairs and bedrooms.  Electric Fireplace in the living room with charming restoration mantle.

A custom bay with Antique Windows is located in the eating area with spectacular mountain vistas sure to elevate your dining experience to gourmet status!

The private second floor bedroom makes the cottage an ideal home for couples traveling together; or families with children and their grandparents along for the fun as well!  TV with Cable as well as window air conditioner unit located on second floor.

Mountain Blue Jays and fall colors enhance your wonderful serene start to your Rocky Mountain Day! A sip of wine watching a mountain sunset awaits your evening. For your information, please note...

Maximum occupancy for the cabin is six (6-only with a small child). Breakfast is not included. Amenities provided are cleaning supplies, linens and towels, soaps, toiletries and basic kitchen staples. There are no additional rental fees for these amenities - they are included to make your stay a comfortable one.  Four Wheel Drive is recommended for all reservations.  Our Winters are normally mild but sudden and unexpected snow falls although beautiful can create 4-wheel driving situations!  Spring or Summer down pours can do the same! Mountain roads can be more curvy and steep.  Gravel roads are well maintained, however, we do not refund due to road conditions; we highly recommend you purchase travel insurance if any concerns over refunds.

Reservation & Rate Information for the Cottage

$750 Winter Weekly Rates
Nightly Rates with a 3 night minimum $135
(Based on double occupancy - Inquire if additional people)
All utilities, phone/fax, basic cable, and trash are included in our winter lease rates. Tax will be added to less than 30-day lease.

$165 Single/Double Summer Rates
$1,000 Summer Weekly Rates
(Based on double occupancy - Additional $15/person/night)

Rates are subject to change without notice. Remember, housekeeping and breakfast are not included with this Vacation Rental. Maid service can be arranged - please ask for our cleaning person's hourly rate which you will incure!  Damage deposit required at checkin; credit card or as agreed upon.  Normal wear and tear not included; damage or excess cleaning fees will be charged to guest and is agreed to at check-in.

Cleaning supplies, linens & towels included in rental rate - no additional rental fees for items needed for a comfortable stay. Other amenities include TV/VCR, Phone, Self-cleaning Stove, Dishwasher, oversized jetted & heated Jacuzzi Tub for two, Washer/Dryer, Air Conditioning, Fireplace and Gas Heat. The cottage requires a $100 security deposit which will be refunded upon inspection if there's no damage or loss. Leave cabin clean and return key at check out. Winter rates are available from November through April for business and relocation needs, or family reunions & holiday vacations. All utilities & trash pick-up, phone, and cable, plus taxes are included in the monthly and/or weekly lease rates. Please call if we can be of help with your relocation or business travel needs.

Deposit & Policy Information for the Cottage

Lodging deposit is required within 7 days of booking in order to hold the reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of deposit. Credit cards accepted and can be used for last minute reservation confirmations. $25 Fee will be charged on all cancellations. With less than a 30 day notice, a refund will be given only if the cottage is rebooked. A $100 security deposit will be required at the time of check-in and refunded upon inspection at the time of check-out (or credit card number provided for this designated use).  Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, or that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment unless rebooked!  Cancellations or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit without complete rebooking of reservation dates.  Additional overnight guests are not allowed without our permission.  Maximum parking of 2 vehicles only.  The cottage is non-smoking (outside only on deck area) and we DO NOT allow pets. Boarding facilities are located in our area, if you need assistance please mention when reserving your stay. Check-in time is 4:00 pm, key to be picked up at Andy & Pat’s Our Hearts Inn, Bed and Breakfast, located at 2215 West Colorado Avenue, Colorado Springs, just 4 miles east of Manitou Springs, CO. Check-out time is 11:00-12:00 p.m.  Advance reservations are suggested May through October!  Single nights/less than 4-night requirement when available!  Call to see if available last minute!
