 This lovely room offers a light and airy summer feel no matter the temperature outside or the snow pack on Pikes Peak. Ivy stenciling meanders down the walls to meet stenciled violets to remind the owners of their Illinois roots! Enjoy an antique iron queen bed, summer style wicker furniture, and a cozy bath with antique claw foot tub.
 A romantic stay is guaranteed with your private balcony, flickering lights of an electric flame, and the large soaking antique claw foot tub.
The large private bath offers a deep antique claw-foot tub and shower for long soaks when time permits. Amenities include an electric fireplace (great for summertime use too!), TV/VCR, CD player, coffee pot and accessories, plus air conditioning.
CDs, movies, guest refrigerators, efficiency kitchen unit, and upstairs shared common area now included in our new rate structure! Added Amenities at even more Economical Rates!

  Hearts Above the Avenue, second floor Apartment Style Unit
Custom stenciling of morning glories grace the Hearts Memories Common Area. Comfy sofa and chairs, larger TV with cable/HBO movies, table for dining, games or business use. A second balcony for use as well as the gas fireplace/stove in located in this room. When the Hearts Old Fashioned room and/or the Hearts Entwined room is reserved, free use of this additional space is included in our new rate structure. Cold & hot cereals, milk & Juice, coffee & teas, and even our Biscotti's still available and now you can enjoy them at the time of your choosing. Breakfast arrangements can be accommodated.
Reserve Hearts Above the Avenue, 2nd floor unit, and this common area room will provide your extra sleeping needs and includes use of the lovely 3rd bath with corner tub & shower. Twin-sleeper sofa & -twin sleeper chair are part of the comfy furnishings. An antique wardrobe provides closet hanging space and shelves with their original antique labels for your pj's & more.
Third Private bath included with Hearts Above the Avenue. Provides comfortable nostalgic charm including a corner garden tub and shower; marble topped antique stand with your private coffee service.
Hearts Above the Avenue, 2nd floor unit, is available with a 4-night minimum. The Hearts Above the Avenue includes the separate entrance to the apartment-style unit offering efficiency kitchen for light cooking needs (only), three private baths, two bedrooms with queen beds, plus one twin bed, plus two twin sleeper sofas in the common area (sleeps 2-7). Included in this rate: Two balconies, three private baths, kitchen and common area with extra sleeping! Most vacation rentals do not offer as many private full baths or two balconies. Near all attractions and restaurants so that minmal cooking is needed.
Hearts Above the Avenue vacation rental includes linens, soaps, cooking supplies, dishes, etc., are provided as with all of our cabin/cottages. We provide your basic breakfast needs with cereals, milk & half & half, juice, coffee & teas, condiments to start your morning right. Inquire if you have further breakfast needs.
