Winter temperatures are mild, there is little moisture and the air is dry. In the summer there is no oppressive heat as is the case of most sunshine areas. First night deposit is required to confirm your reservation (B&B). Please note a 50% deposit is required for vacation lodging (Cabin/Cottages); please be aware of different policy requirements when reserving the different property types. You are responsible for the proper deposit and/or cancellation as it applies to the B&B and/or cabin/vacation rental.
Cancellation policy is 7-days in advance of booking and a $15.00 cancellation fee applies (cabin/cottage rental Canc.Fee is $25 And Cancellation period is 30 days).Thirty days is required for all holiday, special weekend or local event cancellations as well as cabin rentals. Again, please be sure to understand the policy for the property you are reserving; we will take the proper deposit and will require the proper cancellation time as stated by the policy for the property type reserved! Children are welcome in either cabin/cottage and with whole house rentals.
Please Note: May - November two night minimum stay all weekends and special events is recommended (summer rates shown apply); however, one night stays are accepted in the B&B rooms when there is availability.
