Manitou Springs offers the world famous Pikes Peak Cog Wheel Railway only minutes by Colorado Avenue (just 3 blocks from your stay in our Cottage on the Knob) or you may choose a scenic drive through the Garden of the Gods. The Cog Wheel Railway is a must for any Colorado visitor to view the purple mountain majesty of Pikes Peak (for the little kid in all of us, Santa Clause can be found at the foot of our famous mountain). The Pikes Peak Highway offers an exhilarating drive to the Summit. Race car fans of all ages thrill to the Pikes Peak Auto Hill Climb up Pikes Peak Highway--not for the faint of Heart! There are plenty of exciting activities and attractions to fill up your vacation in Colorado Springs so we’re sure you will find something that suits your needs perfectly!
